I've been using Zen Bowling audio CD and using e-coaching and tele-coaching with Coach Bowen for over 2 months now and the results have been tremendous.

I am feeling more relaxed and am able to enjoy myself more on and off the lanes since I am feeling much better. I've been starting out stronger which creates a lot of momentum that I am able to carry on throughout the tournament.

I am more focused and am able to concentrate a lot better which is allowing me to make many more pure shots and that is enabling me to make more subtle adjustments as conditions change. I've had a second place finish in the East Region defeating Walter Ray Williams Jr. 290-256 in the semi-final match, then winning in the South Region 2 weeks later going undefeated 7-0 in the match play.

Good Afternoon Mr. Bowen,

Just wanted to send you this short note, testimony, of thanks.
I have been studying Kung fu for a little over 1 year and decided to compete in my first national's competition.  I purchased a couple of your CDs a few short months ago (Play in the SportsZone and SportsZone for MA) in preparation for the competition (Ken Eubanks' Bluegrass Nationals this past weekend.)
I entered four events:  weapons, sparring, musical and forms.  I placed first in all events, even beating some more experienced extreme competitors. 
I attribute my recent tournament success to: 1) faith in God, 2) good MA instruction from  SiJo Parker (Parker's Self Defense Studio in Clayton NC) and 3) to some degree my mental training using your SportsZone CDs. 
People kept asking me before and during the tournament if I was nervous, and my answer was always NO.  With all of the visualization training in your CDs I felt as if I had been there done that, so there was no reason for me to be nervous, I just went out there and competed at my best.
